Inviragen, SingVax merge, raise $15M

Inviragen Inc. (Fort Collins, Colo.) merged with fellow vaccines company SingVax Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and raised $15 million in a Series A round. New investors Charter Life Sciences; Venture Investors; and Phillip Private Equity joined SingVax's existing investor BioOne Capital in the round.
