BioProgress raises L6.2M, acquires airPharma products

Drug delivery company BioProgress (LSE:BPRG; BPRG) raised L6.2 million ($11.7 million) in a private placement of 12.3 million shares at 50p, a 22% discount to Friday's close of 64.17p. BPRG said it will use the funds to further product development and expand its U.S. sales and marketing infrastructure.
