Gilead CSO McHutchison, two others, out as O’Day reshapes his team

With the departures of CSO John McHutchison, Chief Patient Officer Gregg Alton and EVP of Human Resources Katie Watson announced Wednesday, Daniel O'Day will be left with less than half of the 10-person senior management team he inherited when he took over as Gilead’s CEO in March.
