Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (Tokyo:4502; NYSE:TAK) will sell Xiidra lifitegrast to Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS; SIX:NOVN) for $3.4 billion up front, plus $1.9 billion in milestones.
