Management tracks: Epic, Axcella, KalVista

Lloyd Sanders will succeed Murali Prahalad as president and CEO of cancer diagnostic company Epic Sciences Inc. (San Diego, Calif.). Sanders was president of the oncology segment of molecular diagnostics company Myriad Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:MYGN). Prahalad, who has stepped down to pursue other opportunities, will join Epic’s board.

Metabolic dysregulation company Axcella Health Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) hired Shreeram Aradhye as EVP and chief development officer. Aradhye was CMO and global head, medical affairs of Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS; SIX:NOVN). Axcella also hired Karen Lewis as SVP of human resources. Lewis previously led the global talent acquisition organization at Biogen Inc. (NASDAQ:BIIB)...
