Management tracks: Schwartz steps down as Kadmon chairman

Kadmon Holdings Inc. (NYSE:KDMN) said Bart Schwartz is stepping down as chairman, citing Schwartz’s increasing responsibilities at his charitable commitments. The inflammatory and fibrotic disease company is seeking a successor.
