Health services company Cigna Corp. (NYSE:CI) appointed Mark McClellan to its board, effective the earlier of Dec. 1 or the close of Cigna's acquisition of Express Scripts Holding Co. (NASDAQ:ESRX). McClellan is director of the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy and a board member at Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ), where he serves on the Regulatory, Compliance & Government Affairs Committee and the Science, Technology & Sustainability Committee. McClellan was also previously FDA commissioner and administrator of CMS.
