Roche acquiring Flatiron for $1.9B

Roche (SIX:ROG; OTCQX:RHHBY) will acquire the 87% of healthcare IT company Flatiron Health Inc. (New York, N.Y.) it does not already own for $1.9 billion in a deal expected to close this half.
