BayHelix names new board
BayHelix Group elected Victor Shi, Jun Bao, Wendy Pan, Debra Yu, Zoey Wang, Carol Zhu and James Li to serve as its board of directors in 2018-19. The board will elect and announce a chairperson by Dec. 24.
Shi is founding Asia Pacific president of Qiagen N.V. (Xetra:QIA; NASDAQ:QGEN) and general partner at Serica Capital. Bao is SVP and chief business officer of Shenogen Pharma Group Ltd. (Beijing, China). Pan is partner at law firm Sidley Austin. Yu is managing director and head of cross-border healthcare investment banking at China Renaissance Group. Wang is founder and CEO of Suzhou MetroHealth Medical Technology Co. Ltd. (Suzhou, China). Zhu is SVP and managing director of greater China at the Drug Information Association.
