Cardinal seeking buyer for China distribution business

In a statement, Cardinal Health Inc. (NYSE:CAH) said it has "begun to explore strategic alternatives to support its next stage of growth" for its Cardinal Health China distribution business.
The statement followed media reports that the company was seeking a buyer for its Chinese business. Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co. Ltd.
