Bioverativ acquiring True North

Bioverativ Inc. (NASDAQ:BIVV) said it will acquire rare disease company True North Therapeutics Inc. (South San Francisco, Calif.). The deal gives Bioverativ rights to True North's TNT009, which has completed a Phase Ib study to treat cold agglutinin disease (CAD).
