Eisenberg was VP of federal government relations at Celgene Corp. (NASDAQ:CELG). Heggie was chief marketing and strategy officer at The British United Provident Association, and Smith was head of non-clinical R&D at Moderna Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.). Soni was CFO and treasurer at Ariad Pharmaceuticals Inc., which Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (Tokyo:4502) acquired.
