EMA said Head of International Affairs Emer Cooke will leave the agency to join the World Health Organization as head of regulation of medicines and other health technologies in WHO's essential medicines and health products department. Agnes Saint-Raymond, EMA's head of portfolio board, will be interim head of international affairs.
