Oncology company Halozyme Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:HALO) named Laurie Stelzer CFO, replacing the retiring David Ramsay. Stelzer was SVP of finance for R&D, technical operations and business development at Shire plc (LSE:SHP; NASDAQ:SHPG).
Heather Turner resigned as SVP and general counsel at metabolic company Orexigen Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:OREX), effective on or about June 25. Orexigen named associate general counsel Chris Hazuka as acting general counsel until a replacement is found. ...
