Medicis, Solta deal

Solta will acquire Medicis' Medicis Technologies Corp. subsidiary for $15 million in cash plus up to an additional $20 million in payments based on regulatory milestones and year-to-year performance increases of the subsidiary's Liposonix fat ablation system.
