Researchers have identified a key antigenic molecule in the immune attack on the nervous system that causes multiple sclerosis.

As reported in Nature, the scientists tested the responses of primed human T cells against fractions of myelin isolated from MS brain with reversed-phase, high performance liquid chromatography.
