Pathfinder Cells endocrine data

In a mouse model of diabetes, human or rat pancreas-derived IV Pathfinder Cells significantly reduced blood glucose levels vs. controls by day 9 (p<0.01), led to normal glucose levels by day 39, and maintained normal levels with no further treatment through day 89. Additionally, mice treated with Pathfinder Cells were able to recover from an initial loss of body mass, and maintained normal body weight through day 89. Data were published in Rejuvenation Research. Pathfinder Cells are mammalian cells that stimulate regeneration of damaged tissues without the cells themselves being incorporated into the new tissue. ...
