NuRx, QuantRx deal

QuantRx will acquire partner NuRx in a stock deal valued at $15.2 million based on QuantRx's close of $0.42, on Jan. 28, the day before the deal was announced. NuRx shareholders will receive 1.5 QuantRx shares for every NuRx share held, or about 36.2 million QuantRx shares.

The companies have QN Diagnostics LLC, a 50/50 JV formed in July to develop and commercialize point-of-care diagnostics. QuantRx gains full ownership of the JV. ...
