KS Biomedix, Nycomed Group A/S deal

KSB granted Nycomed European rights to its TransMID therapeutic, which has completed U.S. Phase II trials to treat recurrent brain cancer. The companies will jointly fund development, and KSB will manufacture and sell TransMID materials to Nycomed, which will be responsible for the registration and marketing of TransMID in Europe.
