Tango’s PRMT5 inhibitor adds to daraxonrasib activity in pancreatic cancer

Vopimetostat becomes the first to show potential additive efficacy with the pan-RAS inhibitor in PDAC

The strong response rate to Tango’s dual PRMT5 and KRAS inhibitor approach in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is positioning the combination therapy for a pivotal trial, and building early support for the idea that complementary mechanisms could deepen antitumor activity beyond KRAS inhibition alone.

Tango Therapeutics Inc.
