New board chairman at Dynavax

Vaccine company Dynavax Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:DVAX) appointed Scott Myers chairman, replacing Andrew Hack, who has served as interim chairman since May 2020. Myers joins from AMAG Pharmaceuticals Inc., where he was CEO and a director.
mRNA medicines company Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ARCT) hired Nirdosh Jagota as chief regulatory officer and Dushyant Varshney as CTO.
