On the back of mRNA vaccine validation, Moderna adds three infectious disease programs to pipeline

On the back of its successful development of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (mRNA-1273), Moderna has added three preclinical infectious disease vaccine programs to its pipeline, bringing its total number of programs in development to 24. 

The new programs include three candidates for seasonal flu — mRNA-1010, mRNA-1020 and mRNA-1030;  two HIV vaccines; and mRNA-1215, a vaccine to protect against Nipah virus. ...
