Aida Habtezion is taking a leave of absence from her role as associate professor of medicine at Stanford University to join  Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) as its new CMO and head of Worldwide Medical and Safety within Worldwide Research, Development, and Medicine, succeeding Mace Rothenberg.
