Judge blocks Trump administration’s most favored nation drug price controls
A federal judge has imposed a temporary restraining order that prevents the Trump administration from implementing its most favored nation Medicare drug pricing rule. The rule seeks to cap reimbursement for Medicare Part B drugs — drugs that are administered under a physician’s supervision — at the lowest price paid in any developed country.
As expected, Judge Catherine C.
