While the outcome of Tuesday’s elections may not be known for some time, it is certain that there will be changes in the leadership and composition of a Senate committee that shapes the life sciences landscape in the U.S.
Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), chairman of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, and two of the committee’s members, Sens. Michael Enzi (R-Wyo.) and Pat Roberts (R-Kan.), will retire from the Senate this year. ...
