Kronos raises $250M in NASDAQ IPO
Look for shares of Kronos Bio Inc. (NASDAQ:KRON) to begin trading on Friday after the company raised $250 million in an IPO. The listing completes a busy few months for the company, which acquired a Phase 3-ready asset from Gilead Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ:GILD) in July and raised $155 million in a Perceptive Advisors-led note deal in August. The company is led by Norbert Bischofberger, the former EVP of R&D and CSO of Gilead.

Sensei raises $28.5M for off the shelf immunotherapies
Sensei Biotherapeutics Inc. completed a $28.5 million series AA round co-led by Cambrian Biopharma and H&S Ventures; new investors Future Ventures, Christian Angermayer’s Apeiron Investment Group and Presight Ventures also participated.
