U.K. secures access to 90M more COVID-19 vaccine doses via latest deals with J&J, Novavax

The U.K. signed two additional procurement deals for COVID-19 vaccines Friday, bringing its total to six deals across four different modalities that would provide access to a minimum of 340 million doses if all the vaccines are approved.

The latest deals are for 60 million doses of NVX-CoV2373 from Novavax Inc. (NASDAQ:NVAX) and 30 million doses of Ad26.COV2.S vaccine from Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ). The U.K. did not disclose how much it is spending for the vaccines...
