At the Conference on Radioimmunodetection and Radioimmunotherapy of Cancer in Princeton, NERX (Seattle) reported animal data demonstrating the effectiveness of a single dose of the therapy.

Nude mice bearing human cancers of lung, colon, and breast were tested. All of those with implants of lung and colon cancers were cured by the treatment, and 80 percent of those bearing the breast cancer were cured. Each group had 10 animals. No toxicity was observed. ...
