The companies formed Orapex Inc. (Montreal), a joint venture that combines the companies' dental product portfolios and will develop, in-license and market dental drugs and devices. TH will contribute four products, including its bioactive implant coating, a dental equipment contamination control system, a dental attachment system and biopharmaceutical growth factors for dental orthopedic applications.
