Cytotherapeutics settles three claims

CTII said it resolved differences with Genentech (DNA) and two Rhode Island agencies, Rhode Island Partnership for Science and Technology and Industrial Recreational Building Authority. The company said it was relieved of the obligation to redeem $3.1 million of its stock from DNA.
