Judge rules against GSK in Paxil suit

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois ruled that TorPharm Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Apotex ( Weston, Fla.), did not infringe a GlaxoSmithKline U.S. patent covering the hemihydrate form of Paxil paroxetine.
