Microscience seeking AIM listing

Vaccine company Microscience (Wokingham, U.K.) said it will list on London's AIM Exchange through a placing of about L42 million ($73.4 million) with institutional investors. The company expects to list in June with a market cap of L120-L140 million ($211-$246 million). Microscience said its VC investors intend to invest a total of about L10 million ($17.6 million) in the placing. These include Apax; Merlin Biosciences; Advent Venture Partners; and JP Morgan Partners. ...
