Allergy prices IPO

Allergy vaccine company Allergy Therapeutics (LSE:AGY) raised L16 million ($28.8 million) in an IPO on the LSE's AIM through a placing of 21.9 million shares at 73p. The company will have a market cap of about L46 million ($83 million) when it lists on Oct. 11. KBC Peel Hunt acted as advisor and broker. As of June 30, AGY had revenues of L18 million ($32.3 million) and an operating profit of L1.6 million ($2.9 million). ...
