Zelos raises $42.5 million

Zelos (Waltham, Mass.) raised $42.5 million in a series B round led by Alta Partners. New investors Prospect Venture Partners; Frazier Healthcare Ventures; SR One; and Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan joined VenGrowth; Genesys Capital; Seaflower Ventures; and Business Development Bank of Canada on the round.
