Santhera prices IPO

Musculoskeletal and endocrine company Santhera (SWX:SANN) raised CHF88.5 million ($70.9 million) through the sale of 984,000 shares at CHF90 in an IPO on the SWX Swiss Exchange and a private placement outside of Switzerland. The deal price values the company at CHF265.6 million ($212.7 million). Last week, the company said it planned to raise CHF83.6-CHF98.4 million ($66.4-$78.2 million). Deutsche Bank acted as global coordinator and lead manager, while Piper Jaffray; WestLB; and Zurcher Kantonalbank were members of the syndicate. ...
