Cosmo prices IPO

Drug delivery company Cosmo (SWX:COPN) raised CHF46.5 million ($38.1 million) through the sale of 2.3 million shares at CHF20 in an IPO on the SWX Swiss Exchange and a private placement outside Switzerland and the U.S. The deal price values the company at CHF270.5 million ($221.4 million). Last month, COPN said it hoped to sell up to 3.4 million shares at CHF22-CHF28. If sold in full at CHF25, the company would have raised CHF85.5 million ($70 million). Lehman and Sal. Oppenheim were joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. The first day of trading is expected to be March 12. ...
