Optherion raises $37 million

Optherion (New Haven, Conn.) raised $37 million in a series A round led by Quaker BioVentures and Domain Associates. Johnson & Johnson Development Corp.; Purdue Pharma (Stamford, Conn.); Pappas Ventures; Biogen Idec New Ventures; and GE Healthcare Financial Services also participated.
