Cyclacel acquiring Align

CYCC will acquire Align ( Cary, N.C.) for $3.3-$3.8 million in cash and up to 258,840 CYCC shares in potential milestones. CYCC said the deal helps it build a commercial organization focused on cancer that is complementary to its own pipeline.
