Active Biotech to raise $32.2 million

Active Biotech AB (SSE:ACTI) proposed to raise SEK256.2 million ($32.2 million) in a rights issue of 12.8 million shares at SEK20. The price is a 49% discount to Active Biotech's close of SEK39 on Friday, before the deal was announced. Shareholders will be offered one share for each four held. Avanza Bank is the receiving agent.
