Pfizer raises $10.8B in note deal

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) raised a total of $10.8 billion in a private placement of EUR 5.9 billion ($8.3 billion) and L1.5 billion ($2.5 billion) in senior unsecured notes.
