Hamburg reorganizing FDA

FDA Commissioner Peggy Hamburg proposed a reorganization of FDA that will allow her to put in place new managers with control over critical aspects of the agency, according to a memo from Hamburg to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius. The centers responsible for drug and biologics reviews would not be directly affected by the planned changes.
