Moberg refiles for IPO

Moberg Derma AB (Stockholm, Sweden) refiled to raise up to SEK74 million ($12.3 million) through the sale of up to 2.6 million shares at SEK29 in an IPO on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. If the shares are sold in full, Moberg would be valued at SEK263.3 million ($43.7 million) after the IPO. New and existing shareholders already have committed to subscribe for SEK64 million ($10.6 million) in the offering. Avanza Bank is the issuing agent, while Vastra Hamnen Fondkomission is responsible for sales to institutional investors. The first day of trading is slated for May 26. Last December, Moberg withdrew a proposed IPO to raise SEK140 million ($20.3 million) due to insufficient shareholder demand (see BioCentury Extra, Dec. 13, 2010). ...
