SkinMedica raises $30M more in D round

Dermatology company SkinMedica (Carlsbad, Calif.) raised an additional $30 million in its series D round, bringing to $55.8 million the total raised. The round was led by Perseus-Soros BioPharmaceutical Fund. Other investors included HealthCare Ventures; Montreux Equity Partners; St. Paul Venture Capital; Apax; and Domain. In addition, Silicon Valley Bank provided SkinMedica with $10 million in debt financing. ...
