Cel-Sci to raise $20 million

Cel-Sci Corp. (NYSE-A:CVM) plans to raise $20 million through the sale of 14.3 million shares at $1.40 in a registered direct offering. The price is a 3% premium to Cel-Sci's close of $1.36 on Tuesday, before the deal was announced. Investors also will receive two-year warrants to purchase 4.7 million shares at $1.50.
