Desmond-Hellmann joins GV as adviser; plus Radius, Anika, AMAG, AiCure and more

Susan Desmond-Hellmann joined VC firm GV as an adviser. She recently joined the board of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) after stepping down as CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in December. Previously, she spent 14 years at the Genentech Inc. unit of Roche (SIX:ROG; OTCQB:RHHBY) and also served as the first female chancellor of the University of California at San Francisco in 2009-14.
