Leng will become NICE chief executive; plus BMS, Sofinnova, Medicxi, PTC, Orchard and more

The U.K.'s NICE said Gillian Leng will become chief executive, effective April 1, succeeding Andrew Dillon, who is stepping down. Leng was NICE's deputy chief executive and director of health and social care. Separately, the country's MHRA said it is accepting applications for chair of the agency through March 24.
