Sharp steps down as Ultragenyx CFO; plus Axsome, ElevateBio, FasterCures, Satsuma, WindMIL and more

Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ:RARE) said EVP and CFO Shalini Sharp will step down by Sept. 2 to focus on serving as an adviser and board member for various biotech companies. Sharp will remain with the rare diseases company to aid with the CFO transition for six months after the date or the identification of a replacement.
