The European Commission is in the midst of creating Horizon Europe, the successor to Horizon 2020, and this time around it aims to do more to ensure technologies created through the program are advanced by industry.
The European Council will meet on Oct. 18 to discuss the proposed €100 billion ($110.2 billion) budget to support research and innovation under Horizon Europe from 2021-27, and an approved budget is expected by year end. ...
