Cancer and generics company CASI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CASI) promoted Larry Zhang to president. He was president of the cancer and generics company's Chinese subsidiary CASI Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co. Ltd. Prior to joining CASI, Zhang was VP and head of public affairs and corporate responsibility at the Novartis Group (China) unit of Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS; SIX:NOVN).
