Lasker honors creators of Herceptin

This year’s suite of Lasker Foundation awards includes recognition of the scientists that created anti-HER2 mAb Herceptin trastuzumab, one of the first transformative therapies to come out of biotech, and one that remains standard of care for breast cancer two decades after its approval.
